You can use this portal to request Property Information - Regulation 51 (1) (2) certificates.

Search for the properties/assessments against which you would like to request a certificate.
Multiple certificates can be requested at once.
On successful payment for certificates, a request confirmation form will be presented.
Print the confirmation as your record of the transaction.
